Product description

NONGSHIM Oolongmen is a chicken-flavored cup noodle soup (75 g) for quick preparation. It contains wheat-based noodles, flavor enhancers (E621, E627, E631) and vegetable chips such as carrots and mushrooms. The soup is ready to eat in three minutes after adding boiling water.

Ingredients

Noodles: Wheat flour, potato starch, palm oil, salt, spices (humectant: E420, sunflower seed oil, emulsifier: E322 (contains soy)), acidity regulators: E501, E500, E339, liquid tocopherol (antioxidant: E306, emulsifier: E322 (contains soy)), green tea extract (tea catechin), color: E160a.
Soup powder: Salt, flavor enhancers: E621, E627, E631, spices (hydrolyzed vegetable protein (soy), maltodextrin, yeast extract, celery), tapioca starch, sugar, spices (maltodextrin, black pepper, garlic), color: E101.
Chips: textured vegetable protein (soybean, celery, wheat gluten), carrot, green onion, mushrooms.

Preparation instructions

  1. Open the lid halfway.
  2. Add the soup base.
  3. Pour boiling water up to the line on the inside of the jar.
  4. Close the lid and wait 3 minutes.
  5. Mix well and serve.
