MA PROFESSIONAL Plastic welding agent – ​​10 min, 25 ml

MA Professional Plastic Weld Grey is a professional-grade, fast-setting plastic welding compound specially developed for the permanent repair of cracked or chipped plastic parts.

This grey repair compound is the ideal solution for repairing cracked bumpers, wing mirror housings and other plastic elements. Unlike many other adhesives, Plastic Weld forms a highly flexible bond that can withstand vibrations and impacts without breaking. The product is designed to withstand demanding conditions: it maintains its strength when exposed to petrol, engine oils or other chemicals, and is heat resistant up to 120°C. The convenient dual syringe ensures precise dosing of components and easy use.

Curing times:

• Working time: Connect parts 3–5 within one minute of mixing.
• Setting: Approximately 10 minutes.
• Partial cure (80%): 1 hour.
• Full strength: 24 hours.

Instructions for use:

1. Clean, degrease and dry the surface to be repaired thoroughly.
2. Roughen the bonding area with sandpaper to improve adhesion.
3. Remove the cap and squeeze an equal amount of each component onto a clean surface.
4. Mix thoroughly until the mass is evenly colored.
5. Apply the material to the surfaces and press the parts firmly together for at least 2 hours.
6. Clean off excess material immediately with solvent and close the cap immediately after use.
