MA PROFESSIONAL Epoxy metal – 5 min, 25 ml

MA Professional Epoxy Metal is a very strong two-component epoxy adhesive, specially designed for fast and demanding repairs of all metal surfaces.

This "liquid metal" offers exceptional adhesion and durability. The product's biggest advantage is its speed: the adhesive starts to set in 5 minutes (Szybko zastyga 5 minut), which allows you to work efficiently even in urgent repairs. Once hardened, the adhesive joint is extremely durable and can withstand high temperatures, up to over 170 °C. In addition, the joint is resistant to mechanical stress, over 170 ATM pressure, and most common automotive chemicals, such as oils and fuels. Fully dried adhesive can be mechanically processed (Można obrabiać mechanicznie), i.e. it can be sanded, drilled and painted as part of the repaired surface.

Instructions for use:

1. Clean, degrease and dry the surfaces to be bonded thoroughly.
2. Roughen metal surfaces by sanding to maximize adhesion.
3. Remove the syringe cap and squeeze an even amount of each component onto the mixing tray.
4. Mix thoroughly until the mass is completely uniform in color and structure.
5. Apply the adhesive to the surfaces and bond the parts together immediately (note the 5-minute working time).
6. Press the surfaces together firmly for at least 10-15 minutes.
7. Full strength is achieved within 24 hours.
