K2 Sand separator – Ensures scratch-free washing for Wash & Rinse buckets

The K2 Dirt Separator is an essential accessory for anyone who wants to protect their car's paintwork from wash scratches. This professional grade sand filter is designed to fit perfectly with both the K2 Wash (grey) and K2 Rinse (blue) wash buckets.

Why do you need a sand separator?

The biggest risk when washing a car is getting sand and dirt between the wash mitt and the paintwork. The sand separator solves this problem:

• Captures dirt: When you rinse the wash mitt, sand and mud sink through the grate to the bottom of the bucket.
• Prevents dirt from rising: The special blades of the separator calm the water flow, so that sand that has settled to the bottom does not rise back to the surface and stick to the wash mitt again.
• Fits both buckets: The separator is sized to fit directly into the K2 series 20 liter Wash and Rinse buckets (diameter 263 mm).

Tip: For best protection, we recommend using the sand separator in both buckets as part of the "two bucket technique".
