Instructions for use for best to ensure protection:

1. Roll the earplug into a thin, smooth cylinder with clean hands.
2. Pull the earlobe up and back with the other hand to straighten the ear canal.
3. Insert the plug deep into the ear canal and hold it in place for about 30 seconds until it is fully expanded.
4. When inserted correctly, only the outer edge of the plug should be visible.
