K2 PLASTIPOX - Professional 2-component glue 25 g

Epoxy glue for professional bonding of various surfaces, especially plastic. Forms a durable adhesive bond between most material combinations such as plastics, metals, ceramics, porcelain, fiberglass, glass, PVC, leather, wood and many others. Resistant to water, petrol and kerosene.

• Fills material gaps up to 10 mm thick.
• The glue starts to harden after 7 minutes.
• Leave the glued object alone for 15 minutes.
• The dressing retains 75% of its final strength after 2 hours and is fully cured after 24 hours.
• Low temperatures can increase the gluing time.
• The fully hardened adhesive bond withstands temperatures from -55 to +120 C
• The compressive strength of the glue is up to 305 kg/cm2.
• Does not adhere to polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) plastics.

Usage

• Before use, make sure that the surfaces are clean, dry and roughened.
• Unscrew and remove the protective cap of the dispensing tip and squeeze out the required amount of glue.
• A specially designed dispensing tip enables accurate and even dispensing of both adhesive components at the same time.
• Immediately mix the two components and spread them on the surface to be joined.
• Close the syringe immediately after use so that the glue does not dry out.
