K2 Heat-resistant silicone +350°C 21 g

High-quality heat-resistant silicone. Adapts perfectly to compacted surfaces. Withstands high temperatures up to +350°C. Meets the requirements of car manufacturers (O.E.M. - Original Equipment Manufacturer).

Replaces traditional seals: cork, paper, felt, asbestos and rubber. Thanks to the SENSOR SAFE formula, it is safe for lambda sensors used in modern cars with electronic fuel injection.

Resists oils, fats, coolants, etc. Can be used for all car brands / models, e.g. for sealing: valve covers, thermostat seals, oil pans, camshaft covers, water pumps, rear axle covers and many other elements where tightness is required and high temperatures are required.

Use

1. The surface must be dry, free of dust, dirt, grease and the remains of old sealant.
2. Apply a small amount of silicone on the surface.
3. Remove excess silicone with a knife dipped in soapy water.
4. The sealant starts to dry after 5 minutes, after 1 hour it is contact resistant. Dries completely after 24 hours.
5. Excess solidified silicone can be removed with a sharp tool.
6. Close the tube after each use.
