Ceramic coating
Currently known in the world as the most durable protection for paint surfaces and other surfaces. It guarantees the highest level of protection and a much higher hardness than the hardest varnishes. A transparent and invisible 2-3 micron thick layer forms on the paint surface, thanks to which the paint surface is completely isolated from the effects of all external factors.

Advantages
Protects the paint surface from scratches, dirt, UV rays, ​​from sand salt, bird droppings, rain and tree sap, insect remains, corrosion and mechanical damage (e.g. damage caused by stone impacts). 

Also protects against shine-reducing defects, especially round scratches. Thanks to the ceramic coating, the vehicle does not need to be waxed. In addition, thanks to its excellent dirt-repellent and self-cleaning properties, the need to wash the vehicle can also be reduced.

Unlike waxes, the ceramic coating cannot be washed away with chemical substances, so it is the most stable known way to protect the surface. The only way to remove the coating is by machine polishing. This coating also protects against graffiti, because the paint does not stick to the surface and is easy to remove.

Usages
K2 GRAVON coating can be applied not only to the paint surface but also to rubber, plastic, metal and glass. It can be recommended e.g. for automotive, sailing, aviation and industrial use. 

Instructions
Optimal operating conditions:

• Surface temperature 10-35°C.
• Apply indoors or in shady areas.
• Do not use in excessively humid conditions.

Pretreatment of the surface
Clean and dry the paint surface carefully. The paint surface must be clean of tar, dirt, waxes, oils and the original manufacturer's protection. Use K2 CLAY BAR to remove the dirt left by microelements on the paint surface.

Paint defects and scratches should be polished, e.g. with a polishing machine and K2 LUSTER polishing paste.

Use
Before ceramic after applying the coating, carefully remove the paint with K2 KLINET and K2 BONA microfibre degreaser.

• Shake the bottle well and apply 6-8 drops on a dry towel covering the applicator.
• Apply in criss-cross movements at a time on a surface no larger than 50 x 50 cm.
• Let the coating act for 1-2 minutes at approx. 20°C, then polish the surface with a microfiber cloth (higher temperature shortens the drying time, lower temperature increases it). Do not let the coating dry on the paint surface.
• After finishing the first layer, wait at least 1 hour and then apply the next layer (3 layers are recommended for maximum hardness).
• Alternatively, after finishing the last layer, K2 GRAVON RELOAD can be applied, which increases glide and color depth.

After use
Leave the car preferably indoors in a dry place for min. 8 hours. Do not wash the car with any chemical compounds during the next 7 days. For regular maintenance of the coating (every 3-6 months) it is recommended to use K2 GRAVON RELOAD.
